糗微因为乱码原因暂时关闭

因为在手机上使用时有让人头疼的两个原因，乱码，表单不能正常显示，所以先关闭掉糗微。

估计再开之日就是我写完完整代码的时候了。

可怜的我好几个白天和晚上的脑细胞啊。
